MEET TODAY’S GUEST

Tammy Leather

Tammy Leather has wanted vinyl thigh high boots since she was thirteen. She finally got them. And they are everything she dreamed they would be.

She identifies as a crossdresser and bisexual, though she'd be the first to tell you that overthinking labels only makes you feel more out of place. For Tammy, crossdressing is simply the girl inside getting to come out and play. A real part of her, not a separate person.

She's out to her best girlfriend who not only knows but goes shopping with her and is, in Tammy's words, a genius at generating stunning looks. At sixteen she dressed in public for the first time during a school crossdressing day in Germany, did a serious job of it, got complimented by the girls, took photos, and rode the bus home in full look. Legendary.

Bisexual, submissive with men, mostly masculine with women, and the proud owner of the boots she has been dreaming about since she was a teenager.

Her advice to her younger self?

Relax and enjoy every second. The feeling of all these clothes. You'll love it.

Before we begin, a word of gratitude.

To Tammy: thank you for the lightness you brought to this conversation. Not every journey has to be heavy to matter. Yours is joyful, honest, and completely your own. The sixteen year old who got on that bus in full look? She was braver than she knew.

To our readers: you are about to meet someone who has figured something out that takes most of us years. Don't overthink it. Don't label it to death. Just show up as yourself and enjoy every second.

The boots story alone is worth the read.

This is just the beginning and I am grateful you are here for it.
